This is one of Queretaro‘s little secrets. I thought it was some of the best food I’ve had in a really long time you have to try the aged or slowly cooked pork tacos becomes wrapped in a plantain leaf and a slowly cut for like 12 hours it was just blowing away the sample tacos at the beginning were just amazing and the service was incredible. I must see and do if you visit get it historic district.
Great service from Jovani and the food was great! We were traveling with our 1yr old and he was super attentive with bringing the little ones food out first, accommodating seat arrangement and patience. Had the Triada which is more food than 1 person can handle, had to get some help. Paired it with the Xibala cocktail, nice spice to it. Guacamole Sayil was a great start! Watch out for the delicious habanero salsas.

A place with no real weaknesses. Extremely flavorful food, friendly service, and a very cozy atmosphere should be what you expect to enjoy when you come here. The live music really pushes this place up another notch too. A place to go when you want an impressive dining experience and not just food.
